Aletheia Academies Trust consists of many academies, including nurseries, primary and secondary schools, sixth-forms, Special Resource Provisions (SRP) as well as all-through establishments. With expansion on the horizon and our community growing, our student population of 4,600 pupils is projected to increase to over 8,000 by 2031 based on current and known growth plans. We see the growth of Aletheia as an opportunity for schools, leaders, and governors to step forward as co-shapers of a school-led and self-improving system in our area.
Aletheia is committed to sustaining high-quality academies as well as supporting those in need of specific improvement. Our focus is to provide school improvement services that draw on the wealth of practice from across our Trust, broaden the expertise available to schools through flexible working arrangements and increase our capacity to respond quickly to the needs of individual schools. Pedagogical excellence is at the heart of all we do, with a sustained focus on collaborative and mastery learning.
