Grow with Aletheia is the professional learning and teacher development arm of Aletheia Academies Trust. Rooted in the Trust’s shared vision and ethos, this sub-site brings together our Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Programme, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offer in one place.
We exist to develop great teachers and leaders who are confident, reflective, and deeply committed to making a difference. Through evidence-informed practice, expert coaching, and meaningful collaboration across our schools, we support educators at every stage of their career to grow, thrive, and lead with purpose.
Across Aletheia Academies Trust, we work in partnership with 18 schools, spanning nursery to post-16, across selective, non-selective, and all-through settings. This diversity gives our training real depth; grounded in authentic classroom practice and responsive to the communities we serve.
